If something isn’t right, don’t stress — we’ll help you sort it, fairly and fast.
Cooling-off Period
Change of mind? It happens.
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Email contact@laforge-paris.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Conditions
- Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, in perfect, re-sellable condition.
- Signs of wear, alteration, or improper handling void eligibility for refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Need a different piece, size, or finish?
We offer quick exchanges, subject to availability and product condition.
Email us within 14 days at contact@laforge-paris.com, and we’ll make it easy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and validated, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items showing damage, wear, or misuse are not eligible for refund.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings can’t be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Any damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper handling is not considered a defect.
